Hate
‘I hate you’ coming from a five year old child, should be a wakeup call for the United States. Hate is a powerful word, it is word, filled with so much emotion, it can mean everything and nothing at the same time. We use hate so regularly, the youngest children use it during a temper tantrum, older kids use it when they are picked on by friends. What was once barley ever used, is now used daily. How many people hear the word hate more than once a day? I know I do. When walking in the hallway, ‘I hate you.’ is a commonly used phrase, but what really is hate? We use hate rather than dislike, we use hate randomly at people we see based upon how they look, when we don’t even know them. What has become of the children of the United States? More importantly, if the country continues like this, what will our kids, and our grandchildren be like? What words will they be exposed to at a younger age? Will the people realize what is happening and change there methods of raising there children? Or will the world continue misusing all kinds of words until the most foulest words are exposed to young children?
