How to cope with Depression.
Have you ever felt depressed or sad for no reason? Have you ever felt as if the world is on your shoulder? As if, you have no one to lean on? The feeling mutual. No need to give up or give in.. Take a few deep breaths, count to 30, not 10, but 30.. Try to find that inner peace and clarity. Try not to think about it, think about happier days.. If that doesn't work, try praying about it. Prayer is the fastest way to get through a problem that is causing you to be sad. So, listen music, talk to friends, eat corn-dogs or pickles, what ever you like, dress up, go out with friends, do what will help you to recover and be happy again :)
