Response to "My Light"

I think it's good that Shelly loves her brother despite his autism. Today, not many people look past simple things about a person, and she does. She talks about how much she has learned from Adam and that he means so much to her. These days, many people would outcast him because of his autism, but she loves him just the same. I can relate partly because many of my friends, myself included, are sometimes considered social outcasts in school.
