probation.
Juveniles nowadays have a lot more leeway and freedom compared to kids back in earlier years. A lot of laws now are more strict and are watched more carefully. A definite way that the laws are watched is probation. Anyone can be put on probation whether you're an adult or juvenile. Although in my opinion I feel that juvenile probation is more effective. If a kid was put on probation from 13 years old to 18 years old, I believe that society and the next generation could be much better. Kids wouldn't be on as many drugs, and there wouldn't be as many dealers. City areas would be cleaned up for the most part, and young adults would have a better head on their shoulders.
