Why J.K Rowling is a Role model
A little insecure 12 year old girl gets a book for her Birthday. Little did she know, that the book would change her life and make her the person she is today. That 12 year old Girl was me. And the Book is a book that is know all over the world, translated into 66 languages and sold over 450 million copies. A book named Harry Potter. Written by the Brilliant J.K. Rowling; the author of my generation.
J.K.Rowling is one of the strongest female figures of our time and a inspiration to all little girls who dream of achieving big things one day. She did not just change my life, or my sisters life by giving us an escape into a magical world, she changed the way our generation thinks and shaped our morals and desires.
I believe she deserves to be praised as often as possible, because she has changed my life for the better. As a writer it is my personal challenge to make sure that Harry Potter is going to be known by coming generations and pass on my legacy. As a magical pathway into a world full of possibilities.
