Maybe, But Not for Me
Maybe fairytales are real, but not for me. Maybe some people don’t have anything to lose by dating every guy they see, but that’s not for me. My love is in my friends. My love is in family. My love is in God. But my love is not in guys. They break friendships; they cause drama; they make you feel insecure. So it’s better to wait, for a guy who you know is perfect for you, and I believe I will know who he is because he will be so much more than anyone I’ve ever met. He’ll be my very best friend. So when I find love, it’ll be true, not like all those girls I’ve met in life. I’ll stand true, and fight until the very end.
So I’m not a fairy tale person. It doesn’t mean they’re not real. You just have to find the right guy to make your dreams come true.
