Visual Hysterics
I did not ask for anything this day. Well, except for some things that I'd rather be quiet than loud about it. I did not ask for anything special this day, but destiny has its own ways.
The moment my friend pointed at that fateful direction, my heart stopped. My facial muscles seemingly had spasms, for they don't know what to do. They slackened all of a sudden, and broke into a smile so radiant it made the warm afternoon even warmer and brighter. It is as if I'm on a red carpet premiere, flash bulbs blinding my eyes to death. And when he smiled sheepishly, my heart filed a leave. It suddenly skipped beats, as if I missed steps in a flight of stairs. But that smile and the memory never left my face. And that alone kept me smiling throughout the day.
