Roses
Somewhere, a man once said to his girlfriend, “What a shame, a dead rose.”
She replied “Huh? I don’t understand it’s just a flower.”
He said, “Its not just a flower, each rose represents a relationship, When one rose withers, as does a relationship somewhere. When a rose blossoms, as does the relationship. Somewhere, someone's relationship died, and with it, all that once was or could be.”
She replied, “I don’t understand.”
“I know you don’t. Think of it this way, with no relationship, there’s no family and with no family theres no heritage, and without heritage. There’s no future. This rose, this insignificant flower just changed the world. Maybe some generation that would have existed from this relationship could've started the next war or found some beautiful new future. But we’ll never know.”
