Hold My Hand
We hold each others hands, it symbolizes a relationship. But isn’t it funny, how different it is? We hold the hands of our lovers, and the hands of our fathers. We hold the hands of complete strangers, and the hands of the most important person in our lives. Yet it can feel so different, sometimes, it means nothing, and sometimes it means everything. we all live to hold on to something. Why can’t it be the hand of someone we love? Why is it that we convince our selves that we have to let go, why is it that one hand moves back before the other, leaving it alone? Because holding someone’s hand is a promise, and most of us are defected, we fail to hold onto the promises we make. And we let go of the hands we hold.
