This I highly believe because 2Pac is STILL the best rapper. Some folks think not because he’s been dead and they think biggie is better. 
2Pac now calls himself Makaveli. Machiavelli was an Italian war strategist who faked ones death to fool his enemies. Pac was a big fan of him and read many books of his and took part from his strategies.
Pac was cremated after he was “killed”. Who gets cremated a day after a murder. There was no autopsy for Pac. There is one pic of an autopsy of Pac but I think it’s fake because the picture was from a music video. I Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto. There’s other beliefs that it was a fake 2Pac. There’s the missing neck tattoo. Pac has a neck tattoo saying Makaveli. That was not in the autopsy picture.
2Pac has made 2 Movies and 3 LP’s he also keeps appearing on  artist’s new music. Like The Game came out with a song a couple days ago featuring 2Pac. 2Pac even made Makaveli Records. Pac was even leaving Death Row Records and Suge Knight. Suge Knight is known for killing artist’s like Eazy- E which Suge Knight put HIV in his blood. In 1994 Pac said in an interview when and if he goes to prison he would be worse than ever. He was talking about being reborn. Exit 2Pac Enter Makaveli.
One of 2Pac’s album it says Makaveli: The Don Killuminati 7 Day Theory. This was after his “death”. It could be a sign of him resurrecting like he Pac said in an interview. The 7 Day Theory is a pretty cool conspiracy people think why 2Pac is coming back. 2Pac was shot on September 7th. He survived the 7th , 8th , 9th , 10th , 11th , 12th and died the 13th. Which could possibly explain his album Don Killuminati: 7 Day Theory. Pac was shot when he was 25. His age adds up to 7 (2+5). The time of his death 4:03 also adds up to 7 (4+0+3).  Track number 5 on the Makaveli album says “And if the lord returns in the coming seven days, then we’ll see ya next time”. Another of Pac’s album R U Still Down was released November 25th. 2+5 =7.
In 2Pac’s video I Ain’t Mad At Ya he foretold his death. Pac dies in the video. Then a new video comes out under the name Makaveli in Toss It Up. In that video he was wearing new Penny Hardaway sneakers which was not around the time of his death.
Pac always wore a bulletproof vest. I don’t know why but he was probably being protective of himself because he wanted to die and be reborn. Oh, and his album Me Against The World which came out in 1995 he has a song on their called If I Die 2Nite. Could explain him foretelling his death. Also there’s surveillance cameras of  Suge Knight telling Pac took take his bulletproof vest off during a boxing fight. Why would Suge Knight tell him to take it off.
When Pac was in the car with Suge Knight, Pac got shot 12 times and Suge Knight got “grazed” by a bullet.
