Motivation of School

College is a big deal for me. It will be essential towards teaching me the skills I need for a job as an engineer.
Many people that I know just hate school work because of its amount or how hard it is. However, I love this work and get asked alot on how do I love work.
The reason to why I love work is because it's essential to my future. And if a person were to get motivated to anything then it will become easier to do.
