Extremely Helpful Motivation Tips
Motivation is something every teen struggles with. I have read many books on waking up early, making routines, even books about motivation itself. Basically, I have come up with a way to stay motivated that works wonders for me. I am an online school student, which means that I make my own schedule. Well, I have found out that if I get up at 5 A.M. and drink two 8oz. glasses of water right away, I get rejuvenated. I then do an intense workout for about an hour while listening to hard rock music. For some, this may be a horrible way to wake up, but for me, it seems to wake me up even more. Next is breakfast and shower. My breakfast typically contains food from all categories put into a blender and packed into a clear cup with a straw. Now, it may seem weird but I drink this while showering! This makes me feel like I am saving time while still being able to eat a well-nourished breakfast. It’s about 7 A.M. now, and it’s time to head to my bedroom. I quickly make my bed, clean up my room, and feed my kitten. Then, I begin school. I work in 90 minute intervals, then take a little bit (20 minutes MAX). I keep snacks, water, earbuds, pens, and a notebook at my desk. Anything else isn’t necessary, yes that includes your phone. Put it in a kitchen drawer! By about 2 P.M, I call it a day. I then eat my lunch and head to work. My work schedule is from 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. After that, I head home and eat some dinner before going on my evening run. This lasts about half an hour. It’s about 8:30 P.M. now and I watch one episode of some TV show, and begin getting ready for bed. I wash my face, brush my teeth, and moisturize my face and get ready to start it all over again! Leave a comment if you have a question about how to stay motivated! :)
