Escape
For many people, it is important to have a way to be able to escape from reality in a sense. Sometimes it's music, drawing, writing or even an activity. I feel like it is important because you can't bottle up all your emotions inside and never have a way to be able to release. For me personally, my escape is dance. Not only can I escape of reality, I can focus on my dancing and just release everything I have bottled up inside. You almost feel relieved after being able to release all of those emotions because there was nowhere for them to go except out. With this kind of escape, I don't have to wait until I just breakdown due to the rollercoaster of emotions that I kept to myself, I can just let go of how I am feeling in the moment. I believe everyone should find their escape because in the end it is always the one thing you can resort back to when you need to get away from everything around you.
