Unbelievably Tiny Lizard

I was chilling outside when I saw this little tiny lizard in the pool. It looked like it was drowning, so I saved it.
He was so tiny and fragile on my finger, I had to move carefully or I was afraid I'd hurt it just by making a single move. He was only a little bit bigger than my fingernail.
He was so cute, I just had to take a picture.
He almost looks like he has the face of a little sea turtle.
