Boys with hero complexes
And pretty eyes,
Boys with simple words
Lost in the lies,
Guarded smiles,
Hidden behind the face,
Albertan accents,
Dressed in grace,
Sticks in hand,
Leaf across the chest,
Dressed in red and white,
Only the best,
One step above the rest,
One above the ground,
One in a million,
The one I have found,
The logo in the front,
That boy hides behind,
It’s the name the back,
That’s written on my mind.
