The Moral Of This Story Called Life
Days drift by in a blink of an eye
moments disapear
and friends say goodbye.
The good turns to bad
and the smiling face
gets turned upside down.
Hugs become strangling
and kisses turn into fights.
Friends become enimies
and lovers become empty-
things happen that you can't change.
Words spewing from no where;
things you wish you never said
the truth being not what you expected.
Life is full of twists and turns
leading to places unknown
changing in a split second
leaving one alone.
Say what you want to say,
do what you want to do,
be who you want to be,
and those who care
will follow you and love you along the way.
Life could end today; so make it worthwhile.
