Hands
As I raise my hands
 And close my eyes
I reach up and I know
 God will take me
 And these hands
He’ll take these callused, blistered hands
 These lined palms
 These small thin fingers
And these prints that only belong to me
He’ll take me as I am now
 Standing here arm extended
 Offering my heart
God will take me and you and the world
 So raise your hands
 Where ever you are
 Show you’re willing
 Give your devotion
 Sing out the lord’s name
And he will take your outstretched hands
 And lift you up
