Breakable Love
Sitting here
on this swing
darkness has come again
the moon lights behind me
i thought i was ivisible
guess not
thought i was a shadow
now i've become human
again
the coldness settles in
in this town
im a new face
unknown to them all
like a body
without a soul
just walking on air
the clouds come back
as they threaten rain
as i swing higher
thinking bout nothing
and humming to myself
feeling cold and alone
here afraid to speak
breathless i've become
squeeze my heart
and it'll bleed
break it
and it wont heal
see my eyes
as they hide
my true soul
black and reds
hues of silver
bring me back
from the rage
and i'll sleep tonight
maybe even dream
i got to breathe
let the air
fill my lungs
close my eyes
and swing higher
if i could
just touch the dark sky
feel as though i'm flyen
silver wings to carry me
i wish i could find
a way to breathe
i walk a endless line
trying to find a road home
take my hand
and show me love
something to save me
maybe for a moment
