How to tie your shoes

Some people take tying your laces for granted
The window panes surrounding you are slanted
The neon pink laces have a soft texture
Overall the trainers have a good structure
Threading the laces through the tiny holes can seem mundane
And often you complain,
As angry shouts ricochet off the walls
Urging you not to stall
Eventually all the holes have been threaded with laces
Those comfy trainers can take you to many places
The squelchy brown mud is crushed underfoot
Sadly once the trainers were misplaced and are now covered in soot
