ONE NIGHT
A wonderful night we shared
Under the luminescent moon and shining stars
Your warm fingers playing with the cool strands of my hair
My head lying on your beating chest
 It felt so right
I never wanted it to end
Looking up into your hazel eyes
 Wonderment intruded
You were there holding me in you strong arms
 Like a dream come true
 Never thought we’d be here
You’re the one thing I look forward to everyday
Every minute you’re on my mind
Lifting the corners of my mouth into a sweet smile
Never have I felt this special with anyone before
Wishing to stay in your arms forever yet it wouldn’t be long enough
