A Piece of My Forever

My short legs power me forward,
Moving me closer with ever step,
I see your face through the chaos,
My heart beats faster,
And my movement dances along,
Until I reach you,
Your smiling face,
The crowded room seems to melt away,
As you hold me in your arms,
And whisper I love you in my lips,
You ARE my life now,
You are a piece of my forever,
I know this to be true,
Because with just one look,
I fell in love with you,
