I wish I was a dragonfly
The king or all flies
Darting and dashing, the aerial acrobat
Avoiding the flying fish with a precision swerve
Children running with nets trying to catch me
Parents and grandparents with cameras
Trying to catch me resting my mash wings
Every one, everything trying to catch me
But not succeeding
The dream as hard to catch as the dragonfly
