Purple. Why is purple my favorite color you ask? Well, I flip that question on to you. Why is your favorite color not purple? How can you not appreciate purple’s perfect pureness. Purple is the perfect color for clothes because it looks good on everyone. Purple has so many different shades that it takes up two spots in the rainbow. Violet, light purple, dark purple, indigo amethyst, ... etc the list goes on and on. Puertorican purple is my favorite purple by far. Not just because of the color but the memories attached to it. I’ll never forget my 8th grade graduation. 8th grade year was so special and filled with so many emotions. Excited about summer and starting a new chapter of my life which is highschool, but sad the year was coming to an end. Sure I had my friends there beside me making it easier but do you know who else was there? That’s right, Purple. Purple was at 8th grade graduation. My first high school homecoming. And all of my auditions for musicals that I nailed. Purple was there through it all. Purple has always been there in my best moments. I hope purple will continue to be there for me in the future too. My last prom, graduation, and maybe even my wedding.
