The leaves in the trees

The waves rushing to shore 

The sun high in the sky 

The beach crowded with people 

Birds flying everywhere 

People running across the water

As the one person there was scared

That one person afraid of everything

That one person scared of their own shadow

That one person that understands yet does not get it at the same time

That one person with a genius mind 

One person that can rule the world

One person that has a personality 

As the trees shake 

And the people move

Skie the one person who can do it all 

Running thoughts going through her head 

As she moves toward the water

A bit shy yet calm at the same time

She runs into the water 

Shes brave not scared

Shes happy

Shes grateful 

Shes now amazed

She accomplished what she wanted done the most…to swim.
