The Running Way Out
The track spike stuck in the solid ground,
The dust clouds that swallows all of existence,
The brittleness of the dirt,
Are all me.
The man that runs without bound,
The legs running through all the distance,
The man that feels no hurt,
Are all me.
The air passing through and making sound,
The wind pushing back with resistance,
The breeze staying alert,
Are all me.
Staying positive is the key.
Letting my spirit free,
Is the only way I can truly see.
The pressure that have made fish drowned,
The stress that comes with no assistance,
The relaxation that left me desert,
Are all me.
The results that made me frowned,
The emotions that I felt in the insistence,
The moment when I let my face avert,
Are all me.
The way I want to be crowned,
The challenges I face with my persistence,
The glory that I want to flirt,
Are all me.
I want to be free.
I want to finally be able to see,
But I’m still on my journey to finally see the free key.
