Mental Health
Why does the mind wander in the dark?
Does it seek peace?
Or does it simply embark on a journey of thoughts?
Can the heart bear the weight of despair?
Or does it shadow with every tear?
In the silence of the soul's unrest, does hope still linger or is it just a guest?
What echoes haunt the chambers of our mind?
Whispering secrets or leaving scars behind?
Do they hold the key to the healing door?
Or do they bind us tighter than before?
How does one mend a fractured soul?
What pieces scattered beyond control?
Do we search for the answers in the night, or embrace the darkness, let it take flight?
Can love be found amidst the pain?
Like a beacon guiding through the rain?
Or does it fade like a fleeing dream, lost in the current of a river's stream?
Why do we struggle, day by day?
Do we overcome the pain?
Do we rise, despite the ache?
Are we still hoping for a dawn that won't ache?
