From Hills and Horizons, Revival Stealthily Came
Two days till the end of freshman year, someone asked, "Are you traveling this vacation?" I replied "No," suddenly wanting to escape the city's fast pace. Three days later, I reached an airport in Xinjiang. One evening, I traversed a range of small hills for hours, alone, under a dazzling evening glow. Throughout, thrushes whistled and hovered over me; windblown grasses and flowers swayed; sheep and cows bustled around. Time came to a pause in this new dimension. As a golden radiance appeared and the wind blew my emotions away, I realized, this is exactly the point of our existence.
