The World Ended When the Apocalypse Came

They say seeing is believing
But you won’t believe what you’ll be seeing.
They come down from above, reining hell upon the land.
Walls crumble with the flick of a hand.
Lands burn with a deep blue flame.
The world ended when the apocalypse came.
The world around us will crumble at our feet.
We fall to our knees and watch the defeat.
The land is stained with human blood,
As the unworldly terrestrials begin to flood.
We have no one but ourselves to blame.
The world ended when the apocalypse came.
