Wrath
Lying at my feet in this pool of blood,
The body of a boy maybe a year younger than myself.
(All is well,
This is a dream.)
I don’t remember anything.
This can’t be my doing!
(Allow your body to succumb to waves of happiness.
Don’t fear what it is inside us all.)
All of my nightmares could never do this!
What has happened here?
(Please come to me,
You must come to me.)
This wasn’t me,
I’m not a monster!
(Believe me, you’ll be safe here.
You’ll forget every bad thing you’ve ever done.)
I can’t have this power!
This is the power of evil!
(Come to me, my child.
Come to me…)
This is the power of…
Wrath.
