She closes her eyes
burying her pain inside
impossible as it seemed
she simply had to try

she was right
they bearly recognized her this time
they didnt see behind the lie of her smile

omigoodness! wow. soo short, but the meaning is soo deep! i absolutely love it :) great job! keep writing, it's very good. also check out some of my work and comment. but honeslty...wow...this took my breath away!

Your poem is very deep and it says a lot. Though it is short, it says more than what is merely read. It truly struck a chord with me. I know that I hide a lot of things behind a smile. A lot.
