The Angels

When the all the earth was quiet And everything stood still
The angels came to take you home
Because it was God’s will.
We felt sorrow in our hearts
That it would never be the same
But through Christ Jesus we were comforted
When the angels came.
We know you were not fearful
For you were not alone.
God sent his heavenly angels
To guide you safely home.
