Spiritual, the way to the light
The wind blows as the leaves sing the morning song
I close my eyes for a second
Disappearing into my deep thoughts
Wondering who I want to be and who I am today
I breathe the fresh morning air and drink a cup of hot coffee.
I hold my daughters little hands
Thinking about what her futer might look like
I listen to the birds sing as the melodies fades away.
I get on my knees asking god to forgive me,
My daughters smile is the light of my day
What is the shadow among us that refuse to leave our body?
We have the choice to have good thoughts
But still we think badly of this world
I tell myself, I shall not be one of the reason why the world is the way it is today
We as one should love one another
Should have great thoughts waking up in the morning
We suffer for a very great amount
Not because of the way this world is
But because we as people choose to be.
The way we choose to live our every moments with regrets,
We have a soul that will never die
(If god wills)
But some of our minds have been dead for thousands of years.
We live by the mistakes we make
The promises we break,
The heart broke we receive from our precious ones.
We all come from the same flower
That blooms day by day
So can we have great thoughts about the world we live in?
YES! We can and we will.
It’s up to us to make this world a better place,
For our children, grand children great grand children
And the life that waits ahead of us.
