Everything is You
My mind is empty,
I can think of nothing but you,
I see you in everything,
No matter what I do.
My heart is over-stuffed,
You’re in all my dreams,
I hear your voice everywhere,
Makes me wanna scream.
My thoughts are singular,
You are the only one,
I smell your fragrance no matter where I go,
I can no longer run.
My eyes are dazed,
I’m blinded by your form,
I taste your cooking in all good foods,
I’m trapped in your storm.
My feelings get all tingly,
When I see your face,
I feel your presence,
And I need to get out of this place.
I know you cannot be with me right now,
For your business has taken you away,
But even though your not here,
Everything is you in my day.
