The Violin
There was a Violin that sounded beautiful
And the Violin and the Bow played as if they were one.
When the Violin played the flower bloomed immediately.
When the Violin played the rain would calm its water down so it could hear the violin.
When the Violin played the animals in the forest didn’t hunt but instead sat and listened.
Until one day the violin didn’t play.
The flowers started worrying and wondering why the violin wasn’t playing.
And so did the sky and the animals.
So they all go together to the violin and ask “Why aren’t you playing the violin?”
The violin answers “I am made up of two parts. My love and myself. My love is the only one who can
play me.
The only one who can make me sing, cry, laugh,
and love.
My love acted as my bow.
But now my love is gone.
She fell ill and died.
But the worst part is from all my sadness and grief I can’t sing out my sorrow.
I cannot sing out my sadness and grief for my love.
Because my love isn’t there.”
