The yellow sun shines blinding rays
The butterflies roam free of any cares
The flowers in bloom, they're put at the test
The grass crisply green, cut to its best
The birds are chirping their voices tuned
You close your eyes, and your anger cured
But then you open, to a whole different world
The coward sun hides behind the shadows
The clouds boom and begin to flow
The rain falls, no mercy is had
The birds and butterflies fly so fast, its sad
Your ears are greeted with rumbling thunder
your clothes are soaked, which you shiver under
With high hopes, you look back at the sky
Only to witness a lightening bolt streak by
You shake your head, eyes wet with tears
Then you go back inside, only to face the jeers.
