Empty Bottle
All alone lives a Little Girl,
Denied any chance, enslaved by this world.
Time as precious as water, Life like a bottle
Every drop is wasted, As she refuses to swallow.
It’s rotting away, As it sits in her grasp
If life is like a test, Then she has yet to pass.
Drip by drip, Her supply runs desperately low
Until none is left, Until there’s nowhere to go.
And every time a replenished bottle meets her hand,
It always s the same old plan:
Let her water run dry,
Empty the tears flowing from her eyes,
As she leaves nothing left-
Little Girl begins to forget
Her life full of missed regrets
