She couldn't see
her own frost bitten hands
in front of her.
It was so dark,
so cold,
so fantastic,
so serene.
She didn't want
to go back
to reality.
Blistering heat,
blinding light
all day
every day
for eternity.
Life's not so great
for the sun goddess.
