Silver Sunset
Hike a hill and feel the heat,
Find a spot and take a seat,
It’s just us - our own little trio,
It’s as if no one else in the world exists,
Just the Taurus, the Aquarius, and the Leo,
Sitting in silence,
Wind sings a song,
Singing so strenuously for our faces to see,
And in symmetry the birds seem to sing along,
Life is nice,
In front of us we see the silver sunset,
Warming our hearts and all the jellies they contain,
It’s now concrete,
And I’m glad that we all took the time,
To transcibe our names in our hearts before they hardened,
Permanently marked for eternity,
Cheers for just another day together,
To see all things that are beautiful,
And to make worth of the things that are ephemeral.
