Klutz
There was this guy. I fell in love with
him. Not from afar. No, I was
up close and personal…Okay, maybe
not that personal. But, nonetheless, I
fell in love with him. I didn’t
mean to. It was an accident, officer,
I swear.
I think he noticed. I was pretty obvious.
But then again, guys can be pretty
clueless. Oh, I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to
step on your toes.
But stepping on toes is nothing compared
to what he did to me.
He fell in love with me.
I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to open the
door into your face.
But then. I tripped over this other guy.
I didn’t stumble across him—No!
Flat out, on my face trip. Total face
plant. It hurt. Made me bleed.
I fell in love with him more.
I’m sorry; I didn’t meant to break
your heart. I’m sorry; I didn’t
read the fragile label. I smashed
your heart on the floor. I’m such a klutz.
