And Whip My Hair Back and Forth
When the breeze is soft and young,
With the mighty flow of the sky;
Freedom I taste with delight
And whip my hair back and forth.
When the dew is still fresh,
And the moon a tiny speck,
Sweet beauty I taste with delight,
And whip my hair back and forth.
When the nightly power begins
And the day knows no way,
In the darkness I revel,
And whip my hair back and forth.
When the shower of the sky begins,
And the tears seem reckless to death,
No sorrow in life I feel
And whip my hair back and forth.
When no patience seems the need
And satisfaction spell each life
That joy of fulfillment I feel
And whip my hair back and forth.
When all the warmth of the world
Comes together in one heart,
With that love for life I live
And whip my hair back and forth.
When no care for the world reigns
Or spells the enchantment of doom,
With that mysterious sign I live
And whip my hair back and forth.
When silence I need to live,
I close my eyes to life see,
Each breath simply refresh
And whip my hair back and forth.
No care, no fear reign,
No foresight care for;
The judgemental eye escape,
And whip my hair back and forth.
