Do
Do you remember when we were one in the same?
On the right track
But I was on the wrong train
Just like that
You have to face the pain
In your brain like a maze you can never find escape from the rain
Every day is the same shade gray
You said that you never leave your heart open and it would never hurt you to say goodbye to any one
But why is that your spinning around in your head, losing grip
And deep inside in your tears you’re drowning
Do you think about where you would be if you had said what was on your mind?
Do you ever think about how things would be if you had never said goodbye?
You say you are going to start with this
Just a single thought followed by words
You always were the type to dream out loud
Do you ever wonder who is left standing when the smock clears up?
I’d rather not know
