Sick of this Feeling
I like you a lot, but do you like me?
I hope you do, because I’m sick of being free.
There’s no one that I can hug and embrace
And no one to give a nice kiss on the face.
I’m just so sick of this feeling inside
And sick of my eyes needing to be dried.
And every single night I am haunted
By the horrible feeling of being unwanted.
And believe me people have flirted before
But their feelings weren’t real, they were just a chore.
So tell me now, do you like me as more than a friend?
Or are you just going by everyone else’s trend?
