Sand held tightly in one's fist
Is strangled quickly
Fulfills the risk
But sand held lightly in one's palm
Is kept longer in love's realm.

Relationships are scary. And sometimes because of that we hold them too tightly and worry too much about the little things. As hard as it is, if we hold things lightly they won't be smothered, but will bloom to their full potential in due time.

It was a very creative and unique poem.  I love it!  Dolphindozy, keep doing what you're doing.  Because whatever you're doing, You're doing it well.
