Our World
Our world is full of life,
but we have brought pain,
The world is full of strife,
and we should all be in shame.
Life that was here before us
is now gone because of us.
We are all of us greedy,
always wanting.
Animals are now needy
and yet we are still fighting.
Life that was here before us
is now gone because of us.
We can’t fix what we’ve done,
we can’t repair what’s broken.
We have only just begun
and when we are done the world will be smokin’.
Life that was here before us
is now gone because of us.
