Forsaken Memory
I stare as the shadows and let my mind rest.
A memory plays but it’s not the best.
I see myself but what I see makes me scream out in hate.
It’s what began my curse and sealed my fate.
The blood poured out like a river, her eye, glazed and lifeless, brought me great pleasure but later I grew bitter.
Years went by and I was doomed to repeat this action again and again, so now I wither.
Hate burns in my heart and fuels my desire and for one unlucky soul this will be there last hour.
So now I play my twisted game in which the player has no power.
