Picture This
Black and white.
Soft and still.
Torn and Faded.
Two small innocent faces show through the snowy surface.
Two grins light up the scene.
Two snow suits worn and jackets to match.
The naked trees stand in the back round,
Tall as it all but shivers in the cool, cold bitter air.
The sidewalk is bare all except the visible trails of snow shovels.
The sun is not seen nor is the moon,
But the clouds are sprinkling white fluffy magic around.
Black and white.
Soft and still.
Torn and faded.
Time and precious memories are captured.
