When I’m up on that stage
I feel free as a bird
Anxious and excited
Just waiting to be heard
Chirping away
My beautiful vocals
Eager to entertain
The encouraging locals
No going back now
The audience is waiting
Give it my all
The judges are rating
So please take a seat
Don’t be a bore
Now comes the time
We have all been waiting for
