Four Wasted Years
Youre a lit cigarette,
as addicting as they can get.
soon you'll burn out
and i'll struggle to forget.
the spark will start fading
i'll still be here waiting,
for it to spark up again
even though there's no debating.
you're not coming back,
it's reason that you lack,
you call it being on my mind,
i call it a heart attack.
i gave you everything
i would do anything
i risked things i never had
you've given me nothing.
