The Life of a Rockstar
It starts at 16 when you get your first guitar.
It continues when your 21 when you play your first bar.
Then comes the money, powerful yet frightning.
The corrupton sores right through you like a bolt of lightning.
You start the partying and the drugs, you're just having fun
You keep on going till the rise of the moring sun.
You sleep till past noon and you get up and start your day
By now this is the only life you know, so you know no other way.
You're only 23, but you've already played the greatist venues across the land.
You've made love to many women and have the best life with a now legendary band.
But still your harsh life style continues you down the road of dissaster
You don't know where it goes and you don't know what's after.
At 25 you're still a young man with a potentially great life ahead.
You think these things over as you lay in your bed.
But you shrug it off and keep going untill you go way to far.
You lived and died the dream the life of a rockstar.
