Masked by the Shadowed
Behind a sea of harshly charred stripes
Hidden gold eyes take a strike
Looking beyond the land in which it lives
Looking for a lending hand that gives

 Thin from famine, weakly bounded
Limbs and bones hang, needing founded
Teeth worn down to nearly nothing
No longer show their true full bearing

A tail that never swishes again
Has no hairs on it's burnt end
It emerges from its newly devoured  place
Seeking new terrains to live the inhabiting chase
